1. Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy explains how FinanceJobVault operates the FinanceJobVault website and processes personal data for account access, subscriptions, job discovery tools, daily email digest, support and security.

2. Data we may process

Depending on how you use the service, we may process your name, registered email address, authentication and account identifiers, profile details you choose to provide, saved jobs, application-tracker records, subscription and payment references, support/grievance messages, deletion requests, and technical/security logs.

3. Why we process it

We process data to create and secure accounts; provide and administer membership; display and maintain jobs; save jobs and application-tracker entries; reconcile payments; deliver the daily email digest to users with the active daily digest add-on; provide customer support and grievance handling; prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access; maintain audit/security records; comply with applicable law; and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

4. Consent and user choices

Where consent is relied upon, FinanceJobVault records an explicit affirmative action. The daily job digest is an optional ₹50 email-only add-on for active members. Once activated, it remains active for as long as the underlying membership remains active and cannot continue after membership expiry. The ₹900 / 180-day membership includes the daily digest free for the membership period. Marketing communications, where used, will have an appropriate opt-out mechanism.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay. FinanceJobVault does not ask users to send card numbers, CVV, OTPs, UPI PINs or payment passwords through support channels. Payment verification may use Razorpay order, payment and signature references.

6. Daily email digest

Users with an active daily digest entitlement receive one combined daily email at 11:30 PM IST containing all finance openings posted that day, including Role, Company, Experience and Location, plus a direct link to view full details on the website. The ₹50 add-on remains active for the membership period, while the ₹900 / 180-day membership includes the digest free for that period.

7. Service providers and disclosures

We may use Google for authentication; Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure; Razorpay for payments; and Brevo or other communication providers for requested notifications. These providers may process data as necessary to provide their services and according to applicable contractual, technical and legal safeguards.

8. Job and application information

Job listings can contain employer names, job descriptions, requirements, compensation information and application instructions supplied or curated from third-party sources. Application destinations may be controlled by third parties. We do not intentionally collect your application credentials for those third-party sites.

9. Retention

We aim to retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes and for security, fraud prevention, payments, tax/accounting, disputes and other legal obligations. Deletion may be limited where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for legal claims or security records.

10. Security

FinanceJobVault restricts access to private account information, verifies payments securely and monitors for unauthorised activity. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

11. Data incidents

Where applicable law requires notice of a personal data breach, FinanceJobVault will follow the relevant notification and incident-response requirements and provide the information required to affected individuals and authorities.

12. Your requests

You may use the support page while signed in to request correction, deletion or other data-related assistance, subject to applicable law and lawful retention requirements. Keep your ticket number for follow-up.

13. Children

The service is intended for adults seeking employment and is not knowingly directed to children. Do not create an account if you are not legally permitted to use an online paid service.

14. Cross-border processing

Some service providers may process personal data outside India. We use providers and safeguards appropriate to the services used and applicable law.

15. Changes

This policy may be revised when the service or applicable law changes. The current version and last-updated date will be shown on the website.
